The Injector II are great blades. Use them with a Schick injector razor, like L, M or N types. The PAL adjustable is not designed to fit the twin edge blades. If you manage to force them in there- you can kiss the razor goodbye.

I think that if the J model doesn't quite do it for you, you might want to try an adjustable one (M). I regularly use the N "grip", which is one of the latest they produced - gives fantastic shaves. Blades are still available in the eBay US, but most sellers do not want the hassle of shipp...

There usually is some very very nice stuff that people put up for display. I lik ethe presentation part of it as well, there are always several oral presentations on specifc topics/collections.

I believe the Gillette Techmatic was used in some of the Apollo missions. Not too long ago one of the documentary programs showed what looked like a TV broadcast from space, and an astronout was shaving with it. But I wouldn't give a second thought to the title of the seller.

This is a great opportunity to get to know fellow collectors and to learn much more about the stuff that you like and beyond. Let alone a chance to do some good trading. Highly recommended. I attended the last two meetings, and this year will be no different.

One of my favorites! The heavy Barbasol. Nice shaves, I use the Derby.
Not sure about year but my guess is soemwhere in the 1920's.
Not too aggresive IMO close shaves.
Weights:
Big Fellow: 85 grams
Barbasol: 90 grams
38C: 112 grams.

Does anyone have any experience with any other vintage injector blades OTHER than the old made in USA schick blades?
