I don't have the commercial spray bottle and so can't comment on the possible differences. I suspect they're the same product though.

I have decanted the product from the large bottle into a small bottle with an atomizer though, and that works well for applications of small amounts of Tabac.

Quite nice. It is not a multiplicative cooling effect, so my face didn't freeze. They complement each other well.

Other things to try with your Williams.

A drop of drugstore glycerin on the cake prior to lathering.

A pea-size dab of Palmolive cream on the cake before lathering. You can also try other creams to see the effect.

Both of these additions will change the moisturizing qualities of the lather.
