WTS Harner straight.

I have a Harner straight that's between 5/8 and 6/8, 1095 with red maple burl. No box. Asking $325 shipped, paypal preferred but USPS MO okay. It's just been sitting in a drawer, so here we go... http://farm5.staticflickr.com/4022/4363132839_432501d724_z.jpg http://farm5.staticflickr.com/4042/436313...

need soap help.

I've been purchasing soap from bon savon for a while now, usually one or two big purchases a year, and it's that time again. while browsing their site, however, I was horrified to discover that their inventory has shrunk by a factor of a lot, and they no longer stock some of my favorites. can anyone...

about twelve years ago I ran out of gas on the way to work. it was about a week until payday, and I only had five dollars left that I wanted to use for food instead. I was trying to stretch the gas, but it didn't quite work. had to walk to a sev and borrow a gas can. fortunately, my brother-in-law s...

Benchmades exclusively, though I am looking for something a bit dressier to carry when I'm wearing a suit. benchmade does dressy. see if you can dig up either a 690 or 770 with the BC1 finish on the blade. not too big, and the 770 is nice and thin, too. I prefer the 690 because I love the look of t...

discontinued, not discounted. I attempted to buy some from classic a while back and their site had it listed as being deleted by the manufacturer. I'm down to my last tube of the stuff, and I hate brushing my teeth with anything else.

I'm feeling lazy, so can someone help me out: has there been a lot of talk about the sputniks? I've been away from the fora for a while, and just found out about them this morning. I'm going to samara for new year's, so I'll probably bring back any random russian shaving goodies I can find (for good...

happy to hear the slant's working out well for you, and it sounds like you won't need to buy any new blades for a week or two. however, if you wanna try some feathers (I always use them in my slant), shoot me a pm and I'd be happy to drop a pack in the mail for you.

I have a slant, long classic, and 38c. I love them all, and they all provide great shaves, but if I had to pick just one it'd be the long. I can throw that thing around my face relatively carelessly if I'm in a hurry, or lazy, or still asleep; get a great shave and not have to worry too much about c...

if you do this, it is of utmost importance to tell your face,"Have at you!" before you give it another go.

before I switched to nancy boy, I used clinique's skin texture lotion. it's very light, oil-free, and has a mild, clean scent. I have very oily skin, and my pores clog easily, and it never gave me any problems. the bottle lasts a long time, and it's made of glass, so you don't have to worry about ad...

usually around pass eight. I'm not certain if it's just a coincidence or not, but this is also usually when the most dermal tissue and the largest number of capillaries are removed.

pick up a tub of their laundry detergent. it smells fantastic, and it tends to last forever since you only use a tiny bit for each load, and less if you happen to have a front loading washer. that should bump you up past the fifty dollar mark.
