Well a good resolution I think. Classic Shaving asked me to send a couple pictures of the defective cream and said they would send a replacement. I haven't heard from them since I sent the pics, but it looks like its all set. Classic Shaving gets points for great customer service.

All right, I've sent Classic Shaving an email. Hopefully they'll hook me up with a replacement. I'll let everyone know what they have to say.
