Use a file or some "sand paper" wrapped around a flat piece of wood. Just reduce those two tabs and you will be in business.

When the box left "Cotton Blossom" it was packaged perfectly and the shaving creams were individually wrapped in plastic. "Simpatico" was reimbursed for what was damaged but how does "Cotton Blossom" collect from UPS when the package and packing material was disposed of...

Double Edge Dan

Have a small hand bender that put "the hurt" on
the stainless steel rod. (For the brush and razor holder.)

The razor bend could be made standard but the brush side
would have to vary, from brush to brush, to get a proper fit.

Go to ebay and buy some Gillette Tech razors. To me they shave just as good as the Merkur. Both heads are (M5) thread series so things can be switched around.
