I don't care if the creams and soaps contain parabens or not. Just so long as they produce a decent lather.

Do major EU manufacturers of shaving soaps/cremes have 2 formulations of their products --- one formula for EU countries and another for non-EU countries?

I ask because my latest tub of Taylors of Old Bond Street creme contains parabens and I thought parabens were made illegal in the EU.
