John, Sorry but it sounds like you gotten the crappy new formulation GFT soaps...They are terrible at lathering...I was extremely saddened when i found this out...i had been using GFT Violet for 10 years in one form or another and got my auto-shipment last year and the soap was worthless...I've gone...
