Why would an open comb razor be more likely to irritate my skin? Much of what I have read suggests that open comb razors are better for closer shaves on sensitive skin. (I have been using the brush/cream, etc for a while.)

I've been using Crew brand. The conditioner has methol eucaluptos (sp?) It's great! I really recommend it! Plus, the lady loves it!
