As Inspector Clouseau would say...Bemp!

I think you chaps are missing the boat on the Emillion. If you like a dense brush, this puppy is as close to a CH2 as I've ever owned.

I keeping looking at the Emillion and thinking, "What if I bought it and it was too big..." Too big? TOO BIG? Steady on, Max old boy! Why, in many aboriginal tribes that practise wet shaving, the size of one's shaving brush is considered a statement about the size of one's other, more per...

I've received two queries regarding the Simpson T2. Just for the record, yes, it is a Somerset brush and yes, it does have the concentric grooves or "bullseye" pattern cut into the bottom of the handle. I have no idea what the bullseye pattern means. Perhaps the chap doing the turning got ...

Three more to be cut from the herd: *SOLD* Olde Apothecary Shop made by Lee Sabini and bought through Sam a few years back. Two banded, as you can see, with nice white tips. *SOLD* Rooney Emillion Heritage. This is an early Emillion that is labeled "1" and "Super Badger" but does...

*SOLD* Rooney Finest 2/1 - Price Reduced

Greetings, lads! It's been quite some time since I last trod the halls of dear old SMF, but hopefully some of you will remember me. I've decided to divest myself of a few of my worldly possesions and so offer for your consideration a Rooney Finest, Style 2/Size 1. This is one of the earliest example...

Those are some healthy Brookies, is Tunkhannock a Spring Creek? No, it's a tributary of Tobyhanna Creek in the Poconos. The section we fished, courtesy of a friend, is managed by a private club and holds some beautiful fish. The biggest book trout I ever caught came from the home pool there...five ...

RJ,

If I'd caught that beauty I'd be stopping complete strangers on the street..."Hi there! You don't know me, but I'd like to tell you about my swordfish..."

Very, very nice.

If you lather on your face, use smaller brushes and want warm lather, get the small Moss scuttle. From a pragmatic standpoint that's the obvious answer...IMO. :)

I make a point of removing the label when I first use a new Simpson. Strictly a matter of preference.
