Just returned. Left from Boston on the Norweigan Dream , cruise was great it was my first, so while some of the veterans had some issues. Whole Foods or any other shop like it, carries Aubreys. Aubreys is an old brand that I found in a small healthfood store in Newport in the late seventies. It represents a good value since it is less expensive than the above mentioned , that are good and I have also used.

While at Union Station in DC, I wandered into the L'Occitane. I purchased some shave soap and bath soap. Enjoying both.

How about the fragrances ?

I was very impressed with L'Occitane shave soap, vegetable based.
That would be my first choice, actually I need to post elsewhere what other products I should look at.

Santa Maria Novella has shave cream in a can (kaching) as does Poraso both flavors. I've used these and they are ok, but used only when in a hurry which I no longer am anymore

She does carry Guerlain, and most likely Hermes, but I did not see it. It is a fascinating in that she has this small shop and every time I asked about something she pulled it out. I don't know your itinerary but don't forget lunch at Old Glory, if you like BBQ right across from Georgetown tobacco, ...
