heck, i even take the excess lather outa the brush and put it back in the mug.
do the same thing with my creams when i'm done. i wind up with some, um, iteresting, scents..

picked up a 10 pack of blades in k-mart under some store brand. blades say made in Korea and is a white plastic dispenser simulare to the ASR store brand blades. gonna give em a try tonight...

i use feathers in my fat boy and i dial it up to 9 for problem areas with no problem...

however i have a pre 1910 razor that they will cause a blood bath with...

some razors they work fine....others, not so good....

i have 2 fat boys, a d4 and an f3.... and i use both.


the d4 is not common, more of an initail run/test market kinda thing.

btw, my d4 gives me the best shave of the 2 and better than most of my other razors.

Looking thru the shaving section of a local drugstore today, I was surprised to see a pack of Gillette DEs. I was hoping they were Swedes. They were not. Instead they were Russian. 10 blades for 10 dollars, an egregious ripoff. But how are these blades ' as of a month ago....they SUCK, nuff said

Williams is a good soap to learn with, it's cheap and easy to get. if you can get a good lather every time with it you'll be able to lather any soap. that being said, in my experiance, most problems w/ Williams lathering come w/ to much water. you can cheat a little and get a tube of Kiss My Face an...
