The current T&H Sandalwood shave cream doesn't smell much like sandalwood. It's more of a cologne-ish high end hotel soap, IMO. I imagine the soap would smell similar.

AoS Sandalwood is nice in both scent and performance. GFT is nice in scent but in my experience lacking in performance. There is also Queen Charlotte Soaps Sandalwood which is my favorite, but it's a soft soap, not a hard soap.

Thanks for the thread. Been thinking of picking up an almond SC when my Cella runs out. I'm actually liking the shave cream in plastic tubes lately, so I'll go with TOBS, DR Harris or T&H. I remember trying a sample of the T&H almond SC years ago from Colonial Drug and liking it.
