Re: Sciatic nerve and inverstion tables
Inversion table is the second-best thing that has ever happened to my back - first was a traction table that did the same thing (but horizontally). Once you learn to relax those muscles supporting your back and really let yourself get stretched, it's a fantastic way to spend a few minutes!

I'm going to try to get by with a cream and brush though.... I'll see what happens. FWIW, I would not suggest it. In basic training, you will want to draw as little undue attention to yourself as possible. Wanna be unique? Drill Sergeants/Drill Instructors/MTIs LOOOOOOOOVE unique! it breaks up thei...

Especially when you can get all the email addresses you want for free from places like yahoo and gmail, etc. I'm no recruiter, but I have always thought that one should have one email@isp.com address, or at least one from a non -yahoo -gmail -hotmail -etc. account. Perhaps I'm overthinking it a bit...

Sue, for a pure answer to the question, the answer is yes. Wireless routers are safe and dependable. The problems come up because most of them are usable right out of the box. This means that they ship with a well-known administrator password, and precious little of the built-in security activated. ...

I am confused by these razors. I got a pack of Bic Regulars to see what people were talking about, and I got a terrible shave. Injectors, DE's, and disposable straights, all work great for me, but not the Bics. Do you need to use a little pressure on these, or what's the secret? I believe the Bic r...

Outstanding, Tim! I can't wait for the day I can say what you have said! I have a date set, and am actually looking forward to it! My wife just went over the 90 day mark, and if she can do it with me in Iraq and 3 kids to raise by herself, I don't think I can allow myself to use this deployment as a...

My father had an accident many years ago that required him to be shaved by my mother for a while. Definitely use a cartridge razor, preferrably a swivel-headed jobby, and tell her to use the same caution as she does when shaving behind her knees and around her ankles. That should give her enough inf...

My wife's grandfather was a B17 pilot. Had 2 planes shot out from under him. (Says her mother--not that I don't believe her) He was also a Bataan survivor. When he was rescued, he weighed 96 lbs. When he passed just a few years ago, he was over 300. After he got home from the war, he vowed he would ...

I was getting ready for PT when I turned on the TV and saw the 2nd plane hit. Got to work and PT was canceled, but we weren't allowed to leave the base to go back home. Spent the next 72 hours on the phone with DISA and satellite operators. God's peace to the survivors and the families of the victims.

Sam, you might also want to consider the possibility of blame and backlash if the sales are less than expected. Is the shop owner a family friend, business acquaintance, or simply an employer? Don't mean to sound like a wet blanket, it seems like a wonderful opportunity. I just think it's important ...

Re: Message From The Pony Express
I don't know which one I'm from, I was born in the mid 60's, so I guess that's the "Far Out Generation." Isn't that GenX? I think it runs from Veet-nam era babies to the "class of 2000". Thing about GenX-ers, we don't like to be labeled. And 'bleedingface', on a more seri...
