Tried them, sold them. They work good, but nothing exceptional. Their tiny black travel bowls are a nightmare to use... way worse than any wodden bowls, even Harris.

I really like that soap. It is a keeper for my summer soaps rotation. The scent is quite clean and fresh and is way less agressive than its green brother.

I remember sending a couple of emails to T&H Toronto to get information and never receiving replies. I had to contact the UK salespeople to get an answer, which was both quick and courteous.

Honestly, if you are begining and mostly feel like using creams I'ld stick to good value badger brushes for a while. This said, there's nothing like a bit of experimentation to make up your mind and good boar brush can be added to a collection without breaking the bank...

My 2 cents, really.

An other option would have been to buy the Kent wooden bowl as the Kent's soap is re-branded MWF. It's what I did.

I was sold to the idea that "simpler the better". But last chrismass I was given some AOS lavender pre-shave oil and... WOW. Using this allows me to use more agressive razors and blades and gives me really smooth shaves. My skin feels softer and firmer after shaving now. I must say though ...

To be honest, I just fell in love with that brush and did not thought any further before buying it. It lacks some aggressiveness to be a top soap brush but, like I said, it isa great in all other areas. Also, be warned that the medium sized brush is really tiny. I ordered it first and returned it to...
