How could this ever be a good idea? Wouldnt it be better just to give them away so u dont have to look at them? I think we all know the answer to this.

Y'all are trying these on your skin, right? Smelling a fragrance out of the bottle is not a good indicator of the actual scent, which is designed to work with the heat of your skin and your body chemistry. Absolutely. I actually refuse to open any sample until i am ready to apply it before work or ...

Slipslope... Just curious, where did you get your variety of samples from? Were you charged? How was your experience with each company? So far Ive received samples from Floris, Truefitt & Hill and Geo F Trumper (I had to pay 5$ for the Trumper) I sent an email to a few companies and the above c...

I'd give up polls like these and keep the DE, brush and creams/soaps.

OK. I didn't answer this question because I felt the poll was incomplete. I think you left off the Aftershave part of it, and I would get rid of the aftershave because when using a great DE, brush and highend soap/cream you don't need an aftershave. I think Richard said it best when he first starte...

Which brings up a good topic i think. If i had to give up a DE i would switch to a str8 even though ive never tried one. I think I would rather grow a beard before i used a cartridge razor again

And also to show u how refined I am I tried to bite the plastic piece out. Oh the learning curve. Its good to know that this is the way its sup...

I also just ordered a bottle of sandalwood from vintage blades. Very satisfied. The hand written note is a very nice touch. I also got 2 samples of floris. Ill definitely be shopping there again.

Also: Why isnt the vintage blades website on the places to shop page? I think it needs to be.

I started off my shaving days with an electric razor because that is what my grandpa taught me with. I then progressed to a Sensor, Sensor Excel, Mach 3 and then finally last got a Mach Fusion. Then I saw a shaving video on Youtube.com and my shaving life was changed. I had to know more about this o...
