When I was working in Boston a few years ago (The Big Dig @ South Station) I stayed up in New Hampshire. You can catch the train into the city and connect with the T if you don't mind the commute. If you will be arriving in the area after the end of the summer season you will find plenty of cheap wi...

Maybe it's because I'm a craftsman, or because I'm a Union man, or perhaps just because I'm an arrogent SOB, but I have no idea how long my shave takes and I don't care. It will be finished just as soon as it's finished... And if you don't like this speed, you're going to hate my other gear... But w...

Can it be that we're failing to make the distinction between sanitized and sterilized? Unless you seal your razor in a sterile package imediatly after sterilizing it, you will not have a sterile razor by the time your ready to shave. Not to mention that nothing else in your shave kit (including your...

This is the third season that I've been using my reel mower (I've been in Virginia waaay to long). So far I've only had to sharpen (actually just dress) the blades once. As the others have said, if the lawn gets a bit tall I just adjust the mower to a higher setting - sticks, twigs, and other obstru...

I know more than a few folks from in and around Knob Creek... that is the one and only reason that I've never sampled the bourbon of the same name...YMMV

Jim, It sounds as though your really starting to dial in on the 'perfect shave'. Congratulations! I've only been wet shave for a short while myself.
