Omega/Proraso Brush and Cream Free for Newbie ***GONE***

I have an Omega boar hair brush (used a dozen or so times) and a tube of Omega cream (same as Proraso green and 70%-ish full). I'm not using either and would like to give them away to a newbie with, say, 25 or less posts.

I don't find that the Tabac scent lingers on me.

I love that stuff.

Matthew, I had the same experience when I figured out how to lather my Taylor's soap. I had been dinking around with good-but-not-the-best creams and never really hit the zone with my lather. Top shelf soap rocks.

Anyone play squash?

I have a couple of questions:

Does anyone know of a squash forum similar to SMF? If one existed, that would be a good place to go for info.

What would be a good beginner's racquet, and where is a good place to buy one?

*TRADED* Trumper's Sandalwood Soap

I'm selling one Trumper's sandalwood soap refill, used once. Comes in a plastic Ziploc bowl with lid. $15 shipped CONUS. I'd also trade for MWF, Harris soap, or Tabac EDC/EDT (long shots, I know, but what the heck).

Slim-handle NEW?

I bought the razor on the right at an antique store last week. It appears to be a silvertone NEW, but the handle is thinner and quite a bit lighter than my other NEW (on the left). The heads are very similar and the teeth are shaped identically. There is no date code on either, but the patent number...

I just dropped some Christmas loot on some Tabac, Trumpers Sandalwood, and T&H soaps. I had my first shave today with Tabac. Great lather. And I think it smells like what shaving should smell like. I agree on the T&H scent - it seems pretty inoffensive. Tabac is much stronger and more "...

Just buy the Tabac refill on line and enjoy some of the best shaving in your life. It is a love/hate aroma.
That's just what I did - should be here Monday. If it's not up for sale on Tuesday, you'll know I liked it!

King of Prussia whiff

I stopped at the KOP mall today to drop some Christmas cash on shave stuff. First stop: Bigelow's for Trumper's Sandalwood Soap (actually that was going to be my only stop...not much cash...). But dangit, they didn't have the refills - only the soap-in-a-$25-bowl - and there's no way I'm shelling ou...

One-week beard, meet Mr. Slant

I spent this last week in Buttcrack, PA at my in-laws' place. I decided to take the week off from shaving and I left all my gear at home. Bad idea - my beard is much more prickly since I started using a slant/feather and the growth was very irritating. Finally tonight I put my slant to the one-week ...

I am vindicated

Yesterday my wife suddenly began asking me questions about my shave stuff (Christmas present coming?). I've been into this about 6 months, and she had never shown any interest. In fact, she's always thought my shaving habit was kind of silly. So I explained to her about the brushes, blades, creams, ...

I just asked my wife for a list. Here's her response: 1, clothes 2. charger for my car (cell phone) 3. shoes [-X I'd steer clear of those, man. If I tried to buy clothes or shoes for my wife, you can bet they'd go right back to the store the very next day. A cell phone charger? Practical, but unlik...
