Proraso Pre-Post Green Tea and Aloe

I saw it @ Jean Coutu today, but not in the regular shaving products section. It's part of a X-mas gift pack (a round red box, "sensitive"); I didn't buy the pack because I already have the White soap and a shaving brush. I'm sure it will be on the shelves soon, but you can buy the bundle ...

rafikz, If you have dry skin, you'd likely do better with a quality tallow bath soap than those detergent based body washes. Regards, Gordon Hi Gordon, Actually, my facial skin is the dry one; my body's skin is normal. There are a few well formulated body washes; my favorite one being the Nivea Sen...

I've had good luck with Fructis Spiking gel.

Dep with the 11 hold is good too (it also has proteins)

Re: I went hiking in southern France

This week I went hiking with friends in one of the few places in southern France where you can still get lost and flee society. First we went to a place where nature takes back. It may not be obvious, but in some photographs the trees literally grow on rocks. Then we went to a very, very small vill...

I haven't noticed any difference in scrubbing frequency from one vs the other, but I haven't used body wash recently enough to give you a direct comparison.

Kaveh , thanks for the advice. I have a Dove bar in my cabinet; I'll put it to the test before buying anything Clint , Your water must be even harder than mine. By the way, is the scrubbing frequency different when using soap VS bodywash? I have no soap scum with BW, whatsoever. If I use soap, freq...

Nivea For Men products 50% off at Pharmaprix/Shopper's

I got myself the Sensitive face wash and Sens. face lotion; 2 for 1, not bad

However, I remember reading a thread recently where someone mentioned that the face wash was on clearance in the U.S (target); hope they are not discontinuing some products

Aaron, the most gentle and scentless aftershaves I've found are the ones put out by Nivea. Where you are using items so heavy in benzoyl peroxide (which dries your skin), I'd use the Nivea balm. You can apply it a few times if needed, and it seems to have no effect on my acne. +1 I know someone who...

Yeah, I just always figured I had very dry skin, as my legs perpetually itched in winter and I was using every lotion I could think of to fight the problem. When I gave up the shower gels and started using soaps, things got better. When I used a cheap U.S. Yardley (tallow-based) for a month, it was...
