I have only honed the rolls blades and they seem thicker than the ones on these pictures. I didn't use a handle, just my hand to push the blade across the hone the same way (x-pattern) as regular straights. I also use the exact same tests and visuals as with straight throughout the honing progressio...

Yeah, I agree with you on the new bottles. I also like the other version of older bottles, that are narrower in the middle - somewhat like an hourglass.

This Filarmonica was unhoned and unused when I bought it, even though the box was opened. How do I know - the bevel was not set across the whole edge. Ken, I agree with EL about the opening bid - I'd set it at 99c, as these razors are quite nice and will sell for whatever it's worth. Make sure you take a picture of the reverse as well.
