Used the new brush a second time and it generated a creamy and rich lather from Tabac, just as good as my SOC boar brush, which means very good, particularly for the second use. So, this new high mountain badger brush beats my much more expensive Chubby 1 and2. Highly recommended for soap users.

There is certainly a difference between lathering up a good cream and a soap. Do you use soap? I find that to make a true lather using soap a mere back and forth painterly motion does not generate a good lather.

Yes, I do "paint" and do not swirl when I apply the lather, but to generate a good lather with a soap in a bowl, you cannot paint it on, you must rotate the brush or you will not get a lather. Cicerosecundus
