Re: {POLL} Favorite Double Edge Razor Blade?

Vintage Wilkinsons are my favorite. I find the new ones terrible.

Re: Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements stainless steel DOC

I bought the nickel plated version of this razor recently. The price for it is only $34.95. It's become my favorite razor now.

Re: Alcohol based aftershave

I really like the aftershaves from PAA. They leave my face feeling soft and I like the scents of a number of them. D R Harris Arlington is another of my favorites.

I guess he has other things to do, but it's funny that he just stopped posting without saying he wasn't going to be around anymore.

Re: Posting Has Slowed Down Lately

I've just started stopping in again after a long absence. I'm surprised to see how much it has slowed down. A few of the regulars that used to post several times a day seem to be missing. What happened to Gordon?

Re: Worst scent ever

My taste in scents has changed. I used to think Taylor's 74 was the worst, now I like it.
Currently, I would have to pick Tabac as the worst.

Re: Trumper Coral Skin Tonic

On the Trumper website it's 10 GBP for 100 ml and 15 GBP for 200. There's also a 500 ml bottle but I can't remember the price. It's actually fairly inexpensive.

Trumper Coral Skin Tonic

I got an e-mail today from Trumper advertising Coral Skin Tonic. In the picture it is a clear liquid. It's scented with rose water. I wonder if this is a watery aftershave like D. R. Harris Pink or a thicker preparation like skin food? I'm hoping for the former. Has anyone heard of a description yet...

QED

What's happened to QED? Have they closed for business and I missed it? I was going to place an order, but I can't find the site.

Re: MWF bath soap

MWF bath soap is my choice 5 or 6 days a week.

Gordon,
There is one other tallow choice. Lightfoot's pine soap. I enjoy using this once a week or so. The best price I've found is from Shoebox Shave Shop.

The packs with the Waterloo battle are LB's. They came with two different scenes. The other is the Light Brigade scene.

They're good blades, better than any currently made ones in my opinion. However, they're not as good as the "Light Brigade" blades.

I think they predate those, but I'm not certain.

Russ, that's the Accord with the "handling" suspension. Other Accords would be less firm. Is the Sport the only Accord you tested? - Murray All 2013 Accords have the same suspension. The Sport model differs by having some spoilers and trim pieces and two exhaust outlets. It does however, ...
