I'm not sure if Avon does much over there, but here it is a cosmetics/beauty vendor.

Over the years, they've done many different varieties of decanters for their aftershaves: pipes, ships, busts, the liberty bell, etc.

I hadn't seen this one before.

Yep, fellow bleeder here.

I'm still working on it, for certain. A healthy dose of fear seems to help me with some problem areas, it is generally overconfidence that gets me in the end.

Rocket HD - date codes?

I have acquired what I believe is a Gillette Rocket HD. I see no date codes, is this typical, or have I mistaken something else for the HD?

Boss Barber barber hone

Does anyone have one of these? I have heard conflicting reports on whether to use it dry or wet.

And are barber hones to be lapped?

Pinaud shaving products at Sally Beauty Supply

Sally in my area is clearancing out the Pinaud shaving line, and will be discontinuing the stuff. It's half price right now.

I'm not sure if that's only here, or nationwide.

Llama77, IMHO, a two week beard can be a lot for some razors to handle. To receive a close shave, you may find yourself putting excess pressure on the razor or perhaps making too many passes for comfort. One winter, when I was in high school, I bought a can of "liquid traction" (a tarlike substance you spray on your car tires) and a can of ice melt.

Guess which one I sprayed on my windshield -- TWO mornings in a row!?
