Are you saying the cream formula was changed? I thought it was just the package volume and price increase. I would be heartbroken if it is changed.

I got the "refill pucks" in the mail today. It's bath soap. It appears that I saw the front picture and assumed it was the shave soap. T&H was very gracious in offering an exchange.
