Re: Joke of the Day

So a well-dressed gentleman of a certain age walks into a bar.

Seated at the bar is a fine-looking lady also of a certain age. The gentleman walks over, sits alongside of her, orders a drink, takes a sip, turns to her and says, ‘So tell me, Good Looking, do I come here often?'

Re: Joke of the Day

Something to think about. These seem to be of assistance in justifying both/either sides of one's decisions. Depending on the desired outcome.

Re: Heads Up! TOBS Cedarwood shaving cream

Regarding the scent, I may be wrong, but I think the scent dissipates a little bit every time I use it as I am leaving the lid off of the tub for several days at a time, while I'm using it almost daily.

Re: Schick Proline P-30 (Artist Club size) blades

Good question Paul. When I first started thinking about getting and trying the Schick blade I had serious doubts, and low expectations. A couple of days ago I ran my thumbnail along the edge, and there were no nicks. That's a bit unusual for a blade with almost a month of use. Following that, I deci...

It's been almost a year since I used the Cedarwood. Used it again this morning. It's very good.

Re: SilkSmoke synthetic brush

It's been a year since I started using the SilkSmoke synthetic. The more I use it the more I love it. Good on all types of soaps and creams. I've reduced the lathering to only once per shave. I load this brush for as few as 3 seconds and in some cases, up to 6, but that's rare. I no longer use boars...

25 as of today and still going. Of course not as sharp as a month ago, but not bad. I'm going to toss it when it hits 30 or starts to drag and pull. Whichever happens first.

Re: Lush shaving cream

Recently as I was traveling, I had the opportunity to use Lush's Dirty brushless shaving cream. I'm not sure whether or not Lush is still offering this particular product, but it is a very good cream.
