Why is Marvis Toothpaste so darn thick/dense?

Hi all!

I've been using Marvis toothpaste for a while now and love it. I've been wondering why the stuff is/gets thicker/denser than plumber's caulk? How do you get the stuff out of the tube without damaging the tube?

Thanks everyone!

Here's a pic of the darker blue-handled brush next to the Cobalt blue Moss Scuttle:

I think they complement each other quite nicely!

Chris, I like the look of the Rooney! The handle (wood?) looks like it could be used by someone wearing pinstripes!

I just ordered a 25mm Best Badger brush in blue from Superior Brushes. I recently posted about it in this thread: http://www.shavemyface.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10121
It's the one on the right. Should look great with my Official Dr. Chris Moss Shaving Scuttle!!

Looks great, Mike! I ordered mine in blue (not Lagoon Blue, but a darker shade). It's on the right in the pic. Overall height is about five-inches.

Pashana Original Hair Lotion scent?

Hello all!

I've been using Pashana Original Hair Lotion for awhile now and was wondering what is in it that gives it that wonderful "barbershop talc" smell?

Apparently there are a few people who don't have a problem with the new brushes/bristles:

According to Joel over on B&B:
EDIT: 6/16/06 - Shavemac now uses a different kind of bristle - ones much softer which I personally do not care for as much as the bristle described in this review. Just a forewarning.
Has anyone tried a Shavemac with the new bristles?

rustyblade:

Think of the name: Stain + less. SS is not impervious to staining/rusting and can (and does) stain/rust. I saw this on some tv documentary. Don't worry about it. Try some Maas polish on your flatware.

My name was created years ago. When playing the space travel/trading/battle computer game "Escape Velocity," the game calls for the player to first enter a "Pilot Name." Since I had played the game before, and had destroyed more than five enemy ships, I took the name of "Ace...

Trumper Skin Food as a spritzer?

Has anyone decanted a bottle of Trumper Skin Food into a spritzer bottle/atomizer? I think the stuff is thin enough to use as a spritzer, isn't it?

Re: ANd.....

Nope. According to the FAQ on the GreatRazors website: How did you freeze these without opening up the package? Our Cryo process is very gentle, the temperature is lowered very slowly. This gradual temperature drop does not damage the package. So we can Cryo the razors right in the package. Just lik...
