when I changed residences I found the same prior lathering up a bowl of soap it would just explode into lather now it is much more work so a lot of times I opt for cream as it is quicker and easier in most cases, what works for me with soaps however is a face lathering with a Rooney 1/1 heritage bru...

Welcome to SMF For my beard if I let try to shave it on 2-3 days growth it is particularly hard and wiry after 4-5 days it gets softer as it gets longer and shaving every day keeps it cut before it gets a chance to get wiry. For me I found proper prep of the beard including hot towels and or showeri...

A Wilkinson Sword I had one where the center hole wasn't cut straight and of course I didn't notice it when I put it in the razor and it cut the heck out of me as it stuck out uneven more so on one side then the other. It took me a while to figure it out though but a couple things helped it was a br...

I am a big guy and I like my Tempurpedic, I got the celebrity bed about 5 years ago and it it still is about as good as new. They do have softer and firmer models depending on what you prefer, mine is firm with a pillow top. They don't require any flipping of the mattress either which was always a p...

lining your old wallet with aluminum foil is as effective and much cheaper,

if your credit card says 'blink" on it and has a little symbol next to it like a cell phone strength indicator it has an rfid chip in it

If I had to choose given your preference in a razor I would choose one of the sets from Art of Shaving, as the razors from the AOS sets while maybe not as flashy as those pictured above look to be more ergonomic and I especially like the horn or imitation horn handles also, I have an AOS brush which...

After thinking about it imho all my older TI's each one and I even have 2 6/8" alike it seems each one has there own personality and shaves just a tad different not that it is necessarily a bad thing but with the new ones they seem much more consistent almost identical shaving, I would say if y...

So far I got at least 5 new c135's and at least that many of the older models  , the new TI's do seem harder and shave to me more stiffer much less flex unlike some of the older TI's which I hope that makes sense as best way I could describe it but anyhow I am actually preferring them over the...

I tried Gevalia a couple years ago, if you like variety and even flavored coffee they are pretty good tasting but yes are overpriced.
