The new container sucks. I have soft water so I can lather damn near anything but these new containers really do suck. I have no idea what he was thinking. Mikes is the perfect container IMHO. Wide and simple. I have tried 4 and love them all but have to say that Namaste scent is by far my favorite....

The single email I sent them regarding a scent and batches of soap.....they dont give a rats ass about the consumer. I am not going to post the trail of emails as its not fair to judge but I will say they have a loyal enough following in GB to satisfy their needs. I will never buy another Trumpers p...

Why even mess with a company with so many inconsistencies with something as simple as shave soap? Once my current stash is of trumpers there will be no more. Why? Artisan soaps are much more superior these days.

The more recent Trumper shaving soaps have switched to the same formulation as the Eucris soap. y/ I think I am the only one that got a decent puck of Eucris. It had a thick layer of wax/soap on top but damn it performs.....good. yeah it took about 20 shaves to get to the sweet spot but it is perfe...

I have used this soap for 6 days now and can honestly say it is the pinnacle of MY products and I have use damn near everything. Now I only say that because it requires so pre or post shave treatment. It truly is an amazing product. I use a simply Fatboy with a feather on 3(2 passes) and 2(final pas...

I wont be out of my current stash for at least 8 years but once it has dwindled down...... Speick and Palmolive grated Arko Tabac Williams(yes it works damn near perfect for ME) And Artisan soaps(hope Mike's is still around) I get amazing lather from almost all my goods and they all work amazing. So...

I dont think I have the willpower to knock each one out. I am not buying anymore but love the variety I have to choose from. When I travel I only take 1 product and just thinking about all the other choices that are still at home. My wife thinks I a weird;) I did use MdC for a solid month though. I ...

Still my favorite as well as I rarely contribute. My shaving forum days were heavy around 2008-2010. Heavy participation and many reviews and discussions about damn near every product I tried. It took me getting banned from a large forum for me to realize the true quality of SMF. No politics :D It h...

Chris, First of all I would like to thank you for selling me a bowl of the Trumpers Almond soap(with a piece that had broken off of bowl and successfully reattached) as it is an amazing soap. As is my limes and rose. However I got a bowl of violet which is identical to what you experienced with the ...

I enjoy the scents of most of the Trumpers soaps but have found them inconsistent from batch to batch. I have one total failure and that was a Violet puck I got from around 2008. It was garbage. Ivory would blow circles around it. Anyways I have a first generation Eucris that works fine but not grea...

So many other fabulous alternatives. Unless of course you are that in love with the scent. I like it alot, kind of reminds me of chocalate covered cherries. However the performance is no better than many others. Mike's trumps all other soaps IMHO and there is no way to know how long it will be aroun...

I have three nipples now and crazy dreams about shaving my face and ear lobes. I think its due to carcinogens in the shave products I use. My armpits are sweating profusely from the simple scent of lavender. I assume the reason for my 3rd breast. All seriousness....... No need for explanations. No h...

I love reading through Williams threads and some people just don't get it. I finally unlocked the secret to lathering the stuff(rub on face and lather). Lathers nice and easy. You never get that pillowy cushiony meringue type lather but the lather you do get is super slick and works great. Maybe bec...

I remember when everybody went bananas when IM was so hard to get and once it became easily available the craziness subsided. Now its back kind of like everything else that goes away. I did have the T3 for close to a year and I did love it. The handle is just amazingly comfortable if not the most comfortable. The knot was just too big for my taste even though it did feel amazing! I came to the conclusion that I prefer smaller and shorter lofts. Fortunately the Colonel fits the bi...

Re: Another milestone has been reached.

Today came a splendid revelation. One great big floodlight came on and burned the truth upon my brain. I am 100% certain and completely satisfied with the sure knowledge that I now have all of the soaps and creams I'll ever desire. Much, much more than I want and need, as a matter of fact. What a r...

I had the same problem as with Vulfix creams. I stirred and left the lid off for a night or 2 and stirred in between and it came back to nice consistency. Still a tad different but performance is still great. I find the Salters and Vulfix very similiar in consistency and even the Sandalwoods smell v...
