That's what I get for writing this after a few irish car bombs.

And I agree, let the buyer beware, I just figured it was the same. Don't know if I should keep it or leave it. Do any of the soaps smell like their creams?

Rumpers almond

A question for all the guru's. I bought trumpers almond soap thinking it would smell exactly like the cream. Instead I get a pink puck that smells more like rose/sandalwood. Did the right stuff ship? Will it smell more like the cream after lathering. For those who haven't tried it the soap is very m...

HIDs

Don't know what happened but the post I was replying to was deleted. Here was the response: Brightness has nothing to do with blinding others on the road. It all has to do with whether the lights are adjusted (position, not output) correctly. A dim bulb can seem like the "brights" are on if aimed in...

Brightness has nothing to do with blinding others on the road. It all has to do with whether the lights are adjusted (position, not output) correctly. A dim bulb can seem like the "brights" are on if aimed incorrectly. On the HIDs, they operate on a color spectrum that is easier for you eyes to see....

Just upgraded to a 38c

Not that it needs any more praise but, wow, what a difference. I had a weishi before I tried this razor and it is just dwarfed in comparison. I honestly did not expect it to be so large. Either way, I put it to my face this morning and immediately realized I had stepped up a notch or two. The blade ...

Some Great Close up Blade Shots

Saw this article about razor blades on gizmodo today. Show some good, heavily magnified photos of straight razors, DE blades and a Fusion.

I actully really like the lack of stiffness that the brush I have now has. Although I don't feel that I am hard on the brush at all, I don't want another brush that the bristles will fall out. Omega seems to be the one brand that no one recommends in these boards so maybe that should say something...

I may have to agree. The sample I received was soft enough to be pressed right into the bottom of a bowl. The portion was also very generous.

I will be trying it on Saturday but it may just need some time to set. The message I received was that it was made to be a little softer than usual.

A better brush for soaps

Hey everyone, I currently have an Omega 618 silvertip that is very soft and very floppy. It is my first brush but I have to return it due to excessive amounts of shedding. Although I like the feel on my face, the brush was never very good at making lather on a hard soap. I am looking for a great bru...

New Hair "pomade"

I will use pomade for lack of a better word but it is really not what I am looking for. I currently use Pantene's white hair styling stuff (that comes in a little tub) becuase wal mart stopped selling the orange version. It is about $4 for 1.7 oz. I dont really like this stuff but it works and is ch...

I love the trumpers bowl their soap comes in and plan to hold onto it as long as possible (I am very careful to keep the water off of it...KAV!). I keep looking online to find a cheap set of wood bowls so I can not buy the name brand ones. One thing I really appreciate is the lack of noise from a wo...

I think the sticky is complicated, plus I couldnt get the gallery to work. Try uploading the photos to Photobucket (or similar) and they have a direct image link for every photo you upload. Just copy this info (it is the one that starts with [img]) into your post and that is where the picture will be.

Exhaustive look at T&H and GFT Sample Packs

Comparing Sample Packs So my Geo F. Trumper’s and Truefitt & Hill sample packs showed up in the mail this week and I thought I would give people who are looking to pick up either of these companies products a better run down than what is listed on the websites. This is by far not a product review; ...
