Just to throw a spanner in the works here i have a resin handle witch intend to put a silvertip knot from the golden nib .com i will use an epoxy resin to set the knot, and i hope to have a good quality brush that will last me a long time, how would you class this situation :?:

Your brushes look very good, But what they are trying to tell you is you need to PM forum members and send some free brushes so they can trial them and write a review that way you might get sales, i hope this helps.

I have a 38c barberpole and i Use Gillette super thins,Gillette 7 O'clock platinum/ Russian and Indian, Gillette Bleue Extra, Red personna. But that's what suits my face, the best thing to do is get a sample blade pack and work your way though till you find the blades you like as for ASB's the world...

The only problem with semogue seems to be with the varnish mine has started cracking, I know a member of another forum did a refurb on his 2000 i.e. re-stained and varnished it looks better than when he bought it.

I have a semogue 2000 and it took ages for the smell of wet dog to go its fine now but it has put me off buying more boar brushes much prefer Badger of any grade

This is purely on aesthetics Savile Row 3122 Silvertip it looks like a very nice brush, But only you can make the choice, if it were me i would keep the best 4 for rotation purposes
