WTT: razor blades for safety razors

I prefer one piece old Gillette razors(superspeed and others). Gillette Slim Adjustable is what I seek most. The cond...

Here is the campaign for early 1966 for the next blade after yours. The one with the crowns on the pack, but not the word spoiler (it came along in November 1966). This ad came out in the US in early in Early 1966, but I could only find a blurb for the US market. This was in Singapore for late 1966...

These blades were the reboot of 1960's Stainless for Gillette. They added the "Super Stainless" moniker and advertised that they had eliminated the flaws that stainless blades had had previously. ASR and Schick had had varying degrees of quality control problems with the first generation ...

On the good side they might have been exposed to air for 45 years and they don't look rusty.

What to do with them? Some 280 blades, and I was not expecting them open air. Also can they be dated?

They arrived. First blade was smooth but lasted less (2 shaves). Another thing there was no plastic wrapping around the metal dispenser. (So they are open to air) Were these sold in this way originally?

No decent razor making by blade makers implies they don't have much desire to continue this..

Gillette Super Stainless blades?

Hi,
How do the old Gillette Super Stainless blades compare to today's Yellow O'Clock blades (or others that you tried)? Thanks.
