BTW, you can use other creams with the latherking, right now I am using a mix of Musgo and proraso. Also, if you add a splash of your favorite aftershave into the lather cup, it will make the lather smell like the aftershave. My musgo/proraso mix right now has a shot of Florida Water added to it, s...

Hey Joel,

I'm thinking of buying a Latherking, and I was wondering if you could only use the Campbell's Shave Cream with it? Or are there other mixtures with different scents that you can use? Also..how does the stuff smell without adding any kind of scent? Thanks

Hair Tonic?

Ok I couldn't think of any other place to post this, because there isn't a forum for hair topics.

Can someone tell me exactly what hair tonic is used for? Is it like hair gel in a liquid form? Does it hold your hair in place? Also, what are some good ones? Thanks

Thanks for the info! I sent the emails to qed@quod.com.

I was wondering, since you won't be getting any more Booster products in, does that mean you wont be carrying the Frasers either?

Frasers Lather Shaving Cream?

Any one ever used Frasers Shaving Cream before? I found it listed in the Booster of Canada section on qedusa.com, and it looked very interesting. It's also 13.6oz for a mere $9. And then it's also Lime scented...which I love.

I would love to hear comments on this stuff.

Ah yes...I see on their website they stopped making it 10 years ago. Have you used soap that old before?

Funny you should ask. I bought a pretty large Pure Badger Concord brush today for $36. I'll be using it in the morning, and I'll let you know how it performs!
