My experience with the open-comb and Clog-Pruf models is similar. It took a few shaves to find and maintain the proper angle, and to shave around my Adam's apple, etc., but the OCMM makes quick work of my barbed-wire beard.

Thanks for the info! I'll keep an eye out for an E-type and the Cobra. Perhaps my beard won't scoff at those models like it does milder razors.

My L1 Schick Injector is too mild for my beard. More recently I found an M1 that shaves quite well when opened up.

Are any other injector models more aggressive than the L-type?

My favorite tea when I need caffeine and can't risk the jitters is Fast Lane by Celestial Seasonings.

Lapsang Souchong is my favorite, though, and I always drink tea straight up.

Does anyone know how the blade exposure of the R41 compares to a NEW or an Old Type?

My Gillette Adjustable is stuck at about a setting of "7". The dial turns, but the blade gap is constant.
