It smells a lot like the Lavender they use in MdC. That was the first thing I thought of when I smelled it.

The Lime is great! Honest real lime scent. It's a thirsty soap so don't be afraid to throw water at it. Makes all the difference.

Does the new shaving soap smell anything like the bath soap? Because the bath soap smelled so bad it gave me a headache within 5 minutes. That has never happened before. BTW I love the original shave soap!

Hey Gil, is the Windsor a strong smelling soap or just a light smell. I really hate soaps or croaps that you can't really smell when face lathering regardless if the lather is fantastic or not. Martin de Candre. It's a fantastic croap with a distinctive smell. Lathers like a champ. Love everything about it but the price and to me even that is ok.

I just thought it sounded interesting to see who had a royal warrant for shaving gear. I haven't used any UK creams or soaps so I have no idea who makes good stuff. Is any of the products with a warrant any good or like everything else, there is better stuff out there.

The blue is a great scent! People describe it as an Anise scent but I didn't get anything close to licorice when I used it. I hope they will release a soap version as well. Like the soaps way better.

Just before bed for me. It's always nice and quiet very relaxing.
