The long wait continues...
What was supposed to be a 5-6 week wait to receive my UFO Zeus handle has turned into 11 weeks and counting. Juan told me that the new lead time is 10-12 weeks. At least it's been shipped but the tracking website doesn't update very often.

Re: Goodfellas with Muhle handle
Thanks Gary! - Gene
p.s. I do like the G5, it's one of the last one's of that model that GP is making and even at 7 weeks it was worth the wait.

1st shave with new R41
Greetings! Yesterday I received a new Muhle R41; its only my third razor since starting to wet shave a few months ago and it’s my first OC razor. My first shave with the R41 was….interesting! It was a little unnerving but not unsatisfying; it certainly felt different than my R89. The R41 provided a ...

Re: New Georgetown Pottery G5 scuttle
Thanks. I guess that occasionally there's a benefit to being polite when something goes wrong with a purchase! Really, they were so nice at GP that it was impossible to be upset. Frustrated yes but upset? Life's too short.

New Georgetown Pottery G5 scuttle
My new Georgetown Pottery G5 scuttle just arrived - SEVEN weeks after ordering it!!! The people at GP were courteous and responsive to my queries throughout the wait though. To show their gratitude for my patience they gave me the nice pewter stopper which normally comes with their G20 scuttle. Afte...
