Happened to find this shop in a large shopping center. Very good shave with all fine traditions (hot towel, hot lather, cutthroat razor, etc.). Feather blade. It's the only kind I use. I have heard the same thing about fattip. The head on the Joris really bends the blade more than most other razors into a deep U so the angles of the edges take a little getting used to.
