Somebody else on this forum suggested the following: Melt a puck of VDH in the microwave and sink a puck of Williams in it immediately after it melts. When the VDH congeals you'll be left with a soap that lathers really well. The only problem I have with VDH Deluxe is that it has an off smell to it....

Somebody else on here gave the following tip: he

Microwave a puck of VDH for 30 seconds in the microwave. Drop a puck of Williams in the center after the VDH has melted. Let it congeal back together. You get the benefits of both. I did this and it works well.

Obviously, but it just seems bizzare. Like having a Mach III handle made out of a Tyrannosarus femur.

Dovo with MAMMOTH Tusk Scales??

Surfing for a straight on ebay today and came across this. This can't be real, could it? That's seems pretty darned unlikely that somebody can do this. Am I allowed to post an ebay link showing it? (If not mods feel free to remove.) http://cgi.ebay.com/Dovo-Straight-Razor-w-Mammoth-Tusk-Handles-5-8-...

If you go to the shopping forum and look under "Bath and Bodyworks" thread you will see that Bigelow is having a sale on Prorasso Red at $5 a tube... the link is in that thread.

Cheers.

I've seen bulk DE Feather blades (500 / bx) for $385 at microscopy stores. Not sure if they are the kind you can shave with. Seems like a decent price ($0.77 per blade), but not a fantastic price.

I have always gone against a lot of what is said here because of my oily skin. I would guess a soap th...

Any idea what kind of blade this is based on the wrapper? Seller gives no description other than "Stainless steel blades coated with Platnium"
