Re: Teach your children well
Thanks for the great replies. Yes, I don't want to push him into anything, but do want to let him know that he has a shadow across his upper lip that reveals he's not a 10 year old anymore, as much as he'd like to think so. He likes to look good and is just starting to show an interest in girls, I d...

Teach your children well
As a parent of a 15 year old boy who's starting to get a line of peach fuzz across the top of his lip, I feel it my duty to introduce him to the proper way to take care of his facial hair. I want to do this in a way that makes him feel good about himself, and doesn't seem unduly awkward or embarrass...

Traditional SE wet shave - reviews and recommendations here!
I searched all over the forums here recently while in NYC on business, as well as on other similar sites and came up mostly empty. The handle is much too long for my taste, but I'm not going to complain, I'll just hold it further up the handle. The fini...

Re: Suggest a good solid quality DE razor
Thanks, I considered SE razors, but dismissed them due to the difficulty of finding blades easily. Often when traveling TSA will remove any blades I have, but I can always pick up spares at any pharmacy or drug store. SE makes that much more difficult. I would like to try a real straight razor somed...

Suggest a good solid quality DE razor
I've been using and loving a Merkur Progress for the last 10 years, until it recently just fell apart. When Merkur said there's nothing they can do, and it must be bad water quality that ruined the razor (? in a nordic country, and I clean the razor regularly and keep it stored dry), I was extremely...
