Many members think the Tesco blades are quite superb.

I know that some experienced members here (not just beginners) still like using the Gillette Tech. I still use my Tech with various blades. I second Tim's recommendation on the Alibaba. Resilient shafts with very soft tips that still give a nice scrub. I find the tips softer than my Duke 3, Best, which for me has a little scritch.
