You might really benefit from a pre-shave cream like Prorasso or Noxema. Really! Try it! It does wonders for me.

I get the tub filled while the kids are brushing their teeth, when they get in the tub I start my shave. They play in the tub while I shave then I scrub them down and wash their hai...

I saw this on razorandbrush and I am a little curious. Has anyone here tried it? What did you think?

Noxema?

I read here somewhere that Original Noxema was pretty much the same as Prorasso pre/post--at least I think I read it here. I bought some Noxema and checked the ingredients and there are alot of similarities--not exactly the same but very similar. I tried it tonight as a pre shave instead of the Pror...

I tried it and thought it was pretty good. I think it is over priced for what you get though. If you notice, it is a small plastic jar inside a larger plastic jar so it looks like you're getting more. It gave a great shave and smelled nice (green). If they dropped the price from $10.00 to about $3.9...

Noxema vs. Prorasso

Is the original Noxema the same as Prorasso Pre/Post Shave cream? I guess I could go buy the Noxema and compare ingredients for myself, but there you all are just dieing to enlighten me.

nolawis, at the time of the meeting at Zales, Zales owned Corrigans which carried Rolex, and since you repair watches professionally, I would certainly bow to your vastly superior knoledge in the subject.

I personally have nothing against Rolex but I will share a story with you. I have afriend in Dallas who works at Zales Corporate. She was in a meeting with the Rolex representative where Zales people were complaining about the high number of Rolex watches that were being returned because they didn't...

Repainting numbers on adjustable?

Has anyone here repainted the numbers on their adjustable? What kind of paint did you use? What was your technique? Should I just not worry about it?

Another vote for razorandbrush here. Pauldog, I have been using his Astra super stainless the Astra Keramik which are Eastern European Gillettes and have found the equal to or better than the Sweedish Gillettes--especially the Keramics. I love that blade and just ordered some more from Giovanni. Are...

My dad used a DE and then switched to Trac II when they came out. When I started shaving, I used a tracII and then used a Sensor for a long time. I heard about this website on a cigar board that I was on and had decided that I needed to try something different. I didn't mind shaving but I certainly ...
