PIF Shaving Creams - Withdrawn
I'd like to pass along a few tubes of shaving cream that I'll probably never use. There are two lots of two tubes, all boxed and apparently unused, and I'd just ask for $4 for each lot to cover the shipping materials and postage. If the postage turns out to be less, I'll refund the difference. *Gone...

Actually, I already have a Robert Becker (Feats of Clay) scuttle that I use to lather up my creams and keep them warm. Can I just use that for soaps? Do I just plop the whole cake of soap into the scuttle? And then what do I do with it after I've shaved? Or do I get some soap onto the brush first fr...

WTB: Antique or Unique Shaving Bowl
I'm going to switch from shaving creams to soaps and rather than just buy one of the available wooden, stainless steel, pottery, or ceramic bowls, I thought I'd look for an antique (maybe an old English traveling bowl, which I think I may have seen once on the auction site) or something hand-made an...

Oh boy, I'm such a troublemaker. Now that I've shown you this brush, I'm going to trade it back to Lee for one with a lighter colored horn handle, since that's really what I wanted in the first place. I figure, a razor is just a tool, while a great brush is a work of art forever, so that's where I'm...

Actually, now that I've shown you all the brush, I'm trading it back to Lee for a different one, with lighter color horn handle, because that's what I really wanted in the first place, and I guess because I'm just a troublemaker. But I figure, a razor is just a piece of machinery, a tool, whereas a ...

Lee is a true gentleman, as I've had the pleasure of talking with him one time. He took from his time to have a long conversation with me and he was very informative, very helpful and he is a true wetshaving aficionado. He knows his brushes very well as well as brushes from other makers. Like Peter...

Question about preserving horn handle
I just got a nice real horn-handled Morris & Forndran Blonde Badger brush from Lee Sabini (see image). I've heard that horn is not really very durable, and I read on a thread here about people using Renaissance Wax to help preserve the horn. I've written to Lee asking his advice, but I also wanted t...

Restored, Reknotted Plissons
I'm curious. I've seen a couple Plissons on the auction site that have had their handles restored, with new Plisson stickers affixed, and have been reknotted in Silvertip or 2-Band Super, which have sold for over $60 each. Do any of you collect Plissons handles that have been reknotted? Are the hand...

WTB: Shaver Grade Fat Boy
Hi, everyone. I'd like to buy someone's shaver grade Fat Boy to use in my small rotation. Cosmetic quality doesn't matter, but function (TTO and adjustment) needs to be great. I'm not looking to spend a lot. Please PM me if you have a working beater FB you want to get rid of. Thanks.

OK, I got an Emillion (Thanks, Chris), but I'm still looking for a Stubby XL and a Polo, as well as a black horn brush.
