you could always adopt a policy of 'one in, one out' that way you get to try new stuff, but don't add to the stores.

to give up on the quest for better and more is to admit defeat. it's exactly this sort of satisfaction and resting on laurels which loses empires.

i just lost 2.5kg in 2 months (jan and feb this year) just from giving up booze. no changes to what i ate or portion size etc. it's amazing how many calories alcohol adds. that said occasionally i probably drink more than is good for me, but i do enjoy it.

i can think of better activities for time spent if weight loss is your main goal, but yoga has lots of other benefits, so go for it. no harm in trying.

it's best not to take these things too personally.

essentially what you are getting worked up about are arrangements of pixels on an LED screen. what we are do in internet forums is a complete waste of time and a load of old meaningless nonsense. no more, possibly less.

i don't really accept that cella is a hybrid. sure it's not a totally rock hard soap, but it's still pretty firm. it performs and lathers far more like a soap and not at all like cream in my experience. bryce there's lots of info on cella already on this site. a quick search should give you everythi...
