I have this "clean set"
I think that using a nice shampo should be enough, but it nice to use the "clean set" once in few months to make the brush really "shave clean" :lol:

I think Vulfix has a great shave cream, maybe they don't smell very good, but they make a great lather and aren't cost at all

And yeah I think DE and Straight shaving is like Riding a bike, once you have done it good, you can't go wrong, your brain has it inside, so it takes maybe some time to get used to it again, but it will be much easier then learn the thing from the begin
