What I found is that I eat until I start to feel full and then stop. Just stop eating at that point. Also eat very, very, slowly. You will be surprised how good some foods taste when you chew them. Yeah I've been working on that. I've also been using one of those food trays that have compartm...

Good to hear you made it through the accident. Good luck with all the changes; you will be much better off for them.

Thanks Doug. That's what I tell myself everytime I drive by the donut shop on the way home.

If there were any products on the Nancy Boy list that I would suggest to anyone, they are: 1. The shaving cream (of course!) in both scents. Best shaving cream ever, in my opinion (wll, perhaps tied with Proraso). 2. The bar soaps. Liquid soap is good too, but Bronners is better priced (though I pr...

Erik, Why yes, that's right! Thanks for reminding me. My 2234 lost hardly a bristle either. Hey, Vulfix Supers are well made and tough, good looking and comfortable to use, and excellently priced. The only thing they ain't is firm ( chuckle ). But for me, with soft creams, that doesn't matter much,...

I also like the Nivea lotion for men but I got tired of the scent. I've been using the Cetaphil facial moisturizer for over a year and I love it. It is unscented, has SPF 15 protection and is not greasy at all. It's pretty lightweight which I like because my skin tends toward oily. It's available at...

Erik, Ah!.....another member with a Vulix 2234 'travel brush' ( chuckle ). Yeah, they're just the ticket, really. My son has mine at university now though, so, I'll probably being toting my BK4 when we go up there at Thanksgiving. And I've hoarded a number of tubes of Coate's cream that I set aside...

I've tried PSO, T&H, AOS and one other I can't remember and none seemed to do anything to improve my shave. On a whim, I ordered some of Em's PSO several months back and found it to be pretty good. Definitely better IMO than the others I listed and smells great too. I think I did notice a slight...

i love using my major at home but find that it sucks when I'm on the road too. Especially in Lubbock (sorry Andrew!). Like John, I found that the T&H turnback I had dried faster than the Major probably due to it being less densely packed than the Major. I just take my 2234 now. I love it but I'm...

I like it in the signature scent. the wife bought me 9 of them early this year and I've used two and a half bars with daily use. Interestingly I like the signature scent of the soap but can not stand it in the shaving cream. Don't know why, they just smell different to me. :-k

I've tried just ordering an adult female and just eating half and taking the rest home but usually by midnight I have raided the fridge and polished it off. So, diabetes and a zombie? I did, and essentially his response was that the web site sucks, and he plans to redo it, but doesn't know when he'll get around to it. And there's really not anything that he needs to 'fix' with my order... it did show in the checkout screen the higher shipping rate, and I still ordered, so not a ...

Erik, my, reading what you went through gives me the heebie-jeebies all over. I was about 27 and saw a guy going down the street in a car about 10 miles an hour. He looked right at me and passed by and while passing by, slumped down. He ran into a light pole. Ran out and someone had beat me to it. ...

Erik, I'm 7 days away from being a diabetic for 1 full year. I am on the Glyburide/Metformin combo pill. I take one morning and night. Erik, when I am on the road which is mainly to clients in New Braunfels and San Antonio, I try to find restaurants that offer vegetable plates, etc. Luby's is always good. Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm taking metformin right now along with some highblood pressure meds. Michael, thanks for info. The diet outlined by the dietian that saw me in the hospital recommends about 30g of carbs for the major meals and 15g for snacks. I'm also a little confused by the exhchan...
