When you guys boil your razors to disinfect them, about how long do you let them soak in the hot stuff before retrieving them out?

I keep reading on these posts that a lot of you are cleaning your razors after boiling them with Maas polish. Where abouts do you get such product? I have some metal polish called blue magic for wheels, bumpers, and the like. Is it the same stuff or should I get the Maas variety?
