Wow, Tony...not only theatrical, but TALENTED. Gordon, I will most likely use your method. Colognes seem to only last a little while on my skin anyway, so watering them down won't work for me. Taylors No. 74 Limes lasts the longest so far. Great scent! Thanks a lot, guys, for all the suggestions. Ke...

Applying Cologne from a Splash Bottle
I'm fairly new to the area of higher end colognes...of course I've owned Polo and Obsession and have worn them off and on, but I've just now aquired some Trumpers, Penhaligon's, and a few others. My question is pretty simple, and I almost hate to ask it. It is this: with a spray, applying it is rath...

Re: Dark hair?
Thanks once again for all the advice. Do any posters in this thread have a high contrast between the color of their beard and that of their face? I do, and that's the problem with me simply leaving a little stubble here and there. It's very noticeable and unprofessional looking, and consequently it...

Baltimore/DC shopping
Does anyone know if there are any stores that carry the higher end products in Baltimore and DC? I'll be in both cities over the next few days...I know the Grooming Lounge in DC carries T&H, but what about Trumpers? And nice razors? Oh yeah, and brushes???
Thanks,
Kenton
Thanks,

And Will's dead on with the Pareto rule of shaving - it's those last hairs that get you every time. Dave C I've got to agree...if I wasn't so set on getting rid of all the stubble I'm pretty sure I would have an irritation free shave even on my neck. Perhaps I should make myself live with a little ...

3. With cream directly on your face AND on the fingertips of the free hand....Feel for the stubble and its direction. Keep plenty of water and cream on that free hand as you feel around. Cut with the lightest pressure possible in the same direction you feel the stubble. This is against the grain. F...

Thanks for the fast replies... I've actually tried several different brands of DE blades, and have to agree that the US Personnas have been the most mild for my neck along with the Derby's. The Israeli Personnas just did not suit me, nor did the Merkurs. Feathers also tore my neck to shreds, but tha...

Razor/Neck Dilemma
Hello, This is my first post, however I have been pouring through this forum for a couple of months now, and I've been wet shaving for about a year. First let me say "Great Website" and "Great Information". Now the dilemma - I love shaving with the DE. I have a 1951 Superspeed, a...
