Oily Face!!!

I have always had a really oily face. My father did as well. As I am getting older...its getting worse. The area around the outside of my nose is so oily, that I do cannot keep up with it. At the moment I have tree terrible whiteheads around my nostrils. I try to keep it at bay with witch hazel. But...

Re: Job Problems

I did lose my job last Wednesday. I have slept rather well on the last few day knowing I no longer have to go back to that situation. The good news is I have a lot of people who love me and are tagging me with opportunities. No...they are not for the money I was making. But I am not going to be one ...

Job Problems

I am really struggling with my job these days. I have been at this place a year. And my boss is unbearable. It does not matter what I do...somehow she finds a way to criticize me. She seems obsessed with my salary. My job is being threatened. Right now I am just hoping I do not lose this job. I need...

Looking for good underwear...

OK guys. Its time for me to buy another round of underwear. I had found perfection in the Adidas brand briefs. I am partial to briefs. I do not like the feel of a boxer or boxer brief. But alas...Adidas no longer make a brief. It is boxer briefs... or nothing. Where do I turn for similar quality in ...

Re: Is SMF losing its figure?

Ive lost about 16 lbs during the month since October 10th when my knee blew up. Im also noticing blood in my stool, and that happened before and I had a colonoscopy and they said nothing. Maybe Crohn's disease from what I have heard, which makes sense since it is an autoimmunity thing which dovetai...

I will also say Go Red Devils!!! My family can be traced to Eccles which is literally 2 miles from Old Trafford.

Best of luck on the scope though. I hope they find what they need to find and clear it out leading to a full recovery.

All the best....

Re: Daylight Savings Time

Never been a fan of DST. Ingrained from my dad. During the summer...if you asked what time it was, he always responded..."its [current time], but its [an hour later] by the Sun".

Re: baseball glove?

I have always been a Rawlings or Mizuno man myself. Matter of fact I bought my son (12yo) a new Rawlings glove to pitch with over the weekend. He like a smaller glove...almost the size of a middle infielders glove. Nokona is a great glove by all accounts. I do not think you can go wrong with it. Jus...

Re: Would this be weird

I shave normally in the mornings. I have been known to...when I have a social event in the evening...shave in the evening. I simply cannot shave right before bed like some do. My beard grows to fast and is too dark for it. By 10am the next day...it would be a complete waste.

These days I am using a Retro 51 Hex-o-matic that I have outfitted with a Monteverde M43 filler in blue.

My wife swears by Coconut Oil. She uses it for all kinds of "remedies". That being said...That is a use she has never tried. I will choose not to tell her. I don't want her to try it.

Re: What bath soap are you using right now?

So I pretty much exclusively use Yardley. I have also been using it to wash my hair. Should I break down and spend for shampoo? Or is using the bar soap acceptable?
