I took the advice of previous posters and bought the Oral-B 1000. $75 at Target. The most expensive tooth brush I ever bought, but well worth it. I never thought I'd be excited about a tooth brush, but I am.

I like the single serving Crystal Light packets. They are just the right size for a small water bottle. There are several brands including instant teas,or lemonade. I refill the water bottle several times a day, and sometimes add the packets.

I was in a grocery store once, when a kid in the shopping cart chair said when he looked at what I was buying; "Cool, he's getting the 3 LB. bag of M&Ms!" In my mind I agreed with him. I can have all I want of them, and I don't have to ask anybody for permission! Isn't it fun to be an ...

That's funny Steve O, I laughed out loud at the escalator comment! It left me speechless though. I'm going to borrow that soon.

Home brew! Give it a try it's cheap and easy. Excellent quality too. Home made wine from kits is even easier, It's much cheaper than a comparable $20 bottle of liquor store wine at a fourth of the cost.

It's no big deal, I've had nuts off of several animals. Guess what? When deep fried they taste like CHICKEN!

One thing though, you'll never see a restaurant called Kentucky Fried Nuts!

Who are you my friend?

I saw this topic on a Retriever web sight. It seems that we post and contact each other, but never know each other. What information are you willing to share with others? Then at the end, just list things that interest you, or things that you are involved in. As for myself, I'm an aircraft mechanic ...

One thing that is very common is sleep apnea. Do you snore allot or stop breathing? I do. When I reach the good quality REM sleep I stop breathing until my body triggers the fight or flight mechanism that wakes me almost all of the way, but not all of the way. I cycle between the first and third sta...

I'm not one for much bling, so I bought a 1950's Hamilton railroad pocket watch. 992B model. The thing is accurate to a couple of minutes/ month! I wind it when I check the time. It's about the size of a silver dollar. People often make nice comments about it.

My old pocket watch is gold filled. It has some kind of durable base metal with a sheet of gold layered on top and bottom. Gold plating would be much thinner. One of the great qualities of gold is that it never corrodes. even on the bottom of the ocean. Wherever you get it plated would be the expert...

Gillette Fat Boy question

I recently bought Fat Boy on line, and can not see what exactly adjusts when I turn the dial. Should the red indicator move up and down?
