If these are the same Silver Blues that I was using 5 years ago when I was just dipping my toe then they are very good blades. They went 'bye byes' for a while and I assumed they had been discontinued. This was about the same time supplies of Swedes, Polsilver and Nacet blades dried up. I could very...

For my work, I get access to Companies House Direct: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/toolsToHelp/chdDirectInfo.shtml which gives me details of company accounts, details of appointments and any other documents submitted. I don't know if it is available to the general public but if it is, and anyone ...

Always fancied a go at Carcasonne. In fact, I might go and pick it up today. I've got Risk but never really got into it that much, but I enjoy dusting off Stratego from time to time. Munchkin, a card-game, is taking up much of our free time at the moment. Seriously considering learning how to play B...

I have owned both and can confidently state the Progress was the better razor - by a country mile. I liked the shorter handle and more 'nimble' head. I used to start off with a new blade and the Progress set at 1.5 and as the number of shaves increased and the blade dulled I would work up in 0.5 inc...

Can someone explain this to the uninitiated? Toy soldiers with 'proper' rules for grown ups ... covering unit sizes, movement distances, shooting rates, accuracy, damage, morale, objectives. Where does the big expense come in? I was talking specifically about Warhammer 40k. There's always more unit...

Brilliant! Like it. Of course, being English it's Rugby and Cricket for me ... with the odd game of Ice Hockey thrown in. It must be a pure coincidence that you can sit down with a beer at these. Used to play rugby at school (mostly on the coldest mornings in winter). Always nice to bring down the p...

Getting my outstanding mortgage down to four figures was a big deal for me. I will be mortgage, credit-card and overdraft free by July ... at the age of 42 ... without once relying on a single hand out my entire adult life. Perhaps you can never really 'beat' the system ... but this is pretty close ...

Your my hero :!: I have a great, famous I guess, ice climbing city near me, Ouray Colorado. Its called the Switzerland of America, maybe you've heard of it, they hold a Championship event every year. Only two reasons I don't get into that sport. 1) Courage and 2) Strength. I've stood inside these i...

I think I read somewhere here that the British Rocket HD is the same head with a different knurling pattern on the handle. If anyone can confirm or refute that claim I'd be interested in that bit of information. Yep. Spot on but don't forget there are 3 different razors which are sometimes called H...
