I really like the AOS unscented cream. It works well for me.

I really DON'T like their "unscented" pre-shave oil. It's loaded with clove oil and some other stuff to "warm" one's face, and does so with a vengeance! One use was more than enough.

I, too, prefer to use a brush lather up. But I understand that many creams also can be used without a brush. I've used AOS unscented as a brushless cream a few times while traveling and been pretty happy with it. I prefer it to KMF and the Edge tubes.

I try to avoid heavily scented creams. I've used Kiss My Face unscented, which is good; but I'm more impressed with The Art of Shaving unscented cream. To me it's on a par with the "3T's", and I find I use it much more often than the KMF.
