Dream on. Not at that price my friend. Have another one. I did not order the "Shaving Bowl and Soap" with the wood lid as you describe (see picture) this time. That item would retail for $39.99 at the current exchange rate. I thought I would see how the soap sells before I invest...

Hey Clive - Plisson Shaving Soap Coming

Due to popular demand (read incessant nagging by Clive), we have a case of Plisson's Shaving Soap on the way. This is a vegetable based soap that is made in England. The pucks measure 3-3/8" across. They will sell for $15.99 each. We should have them available for sale on Monday, June 29th. Als...

Gareth, last time I checked the plexi is only available in the Euro White. That shouldn't be a big concern since many have noticed that the HMW and Euro White are sometimes (and randomly) indistinguishable. Lynn, You are both right and wrong. You are right in that the Plexi is available in European...

Jim, You got to be kidding.... Peter, Please don't loose faith in me. I am trainable, contrary to what my wife may have told you. I have not had the benefit of countless shaves with Plissons as I have with my Rooneys in the various grades. Also, my sample size is somewhat limited. I ...

Come now Richard. With our history, you never need to apologize. I asked for input. I didn't ask that it be sugar coated.

Individual photos of actual brushes received have been posted on the site in lieu of the stock Plisson photos.

No, the Plexi brushes are available only in European White and European Grey. I have decide to stock them only in the European White in Sizes 12, 14, 16, and 18.

I just received an update from Plisson this morning. The pieces that were "shorted" from my initial order are being shipped the end of next week. Included are some Size 16 and 18 Plexi brushes in European White and Sizes 8, 10, 14, 16, and 18 Horn brushes in High Mountain White. Of more im...

The Plissons Are Here

OMG are they beautiful. As soon as Erin and I get the day's order picked and packed, I will start on some pictures for the site. I just don't know if I can do them justice. I also don't know if I can overcome the temptation to keep about a dozen of them for myself. OMG. I know. I already said that. ...

Rooney Finest

Much to our surprise, we were able to come up with a few more two-banded Rooney Finest brushes just in time for Father's Day. We have a good supply of 1/2's in Ebony and Horn, 2/1's in Ivory, and 3/1's in Horn. If you particularly like your Rooneys with big knots and tall lofts, you will love the tw...

I wish my work didn't block your site for "knives/weapons". I can get to most similar sites, but the filter is hit and miss. I know that we had that problem in the past. However, I was hoping that since we stopped selling those vicious assault weapons, aka pocket knives, the problem would...

Most certainly Clive. I would have placed an order for some with the initial brush order, but candidly it did not cross my mind. I was so overwhelmed with the selection of brushes and trying to come up with a representative range that I overlooked it. Now, as soon as few brushes sell and I recover f...

Peter, I stand corrected. I should have had you proof my "copy" before going live. I will say, however, that the size 20 was the largest size available for order for general stock as a "Retail Partner" from Plisson. It may be that a special order can be placed for such a brush, b...
